We recently discovered a problem with our e-mail server and its inability to send messages. There has not been a problem with receiving messages, only sending them, and we did not discover the problem until right before the holiday weekend.
After doing some research, we discovered that one of the port settings was changed by our ISP, and we were not informed of this change.
